We are seeking a dedicated Labor & Delivery RN to join our exceptional healthcare team in western Nebraska. Why Join Our Team?As a Labor & Delivery RN, you'll play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to mothers and newborns throughout the childbirth journey. You'll work alongside experienced providers and a collaborative clinical team committed to delivering safe, personalized, and compassionate care.
What You'll DoProvide direct nursing care during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.
Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout the birthing process.
Assist physicians and advanced practice providers during deliveries and procedures.
Educate and support patients and families before, during, and after childbirth.
Respond effectively to emergent situations and advocate for positive patient outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional care.
QualificationsCurrent RN license (or eligibility for licensure) in Nebraska.
BLS certification required.
ACLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.
Previous Labor & Delivery, OB, or Women's Health experience preferred.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
