nLabor and Delivery Nurse - Wenatchee, WA. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care for obstetric patients in a busy Labor and Delivery Department. The role includes coordinating patient care, administering medications, and supporting families through childbirth in a specialized hospital setting.
nJob Details
nnPosition Description: RN - Labor and Delivery at a healthcare facility setting in Wenatchee, WA.
nShift: Day shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, 36 hours per week, from 6:45 AM to 6:45 PM.
nRequired Qualifications: WA State / Compact Registered Nurse Licensure; active BLS (Basic Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certifications; 1 year of relevant experience; adherence to policies and standards, abiding by the Washington Nurse Practice Act.
nJob Functions: Providing compassionate, patient-centered care including medication administration and procedure execution, developing individualized care plans, evaluating discharge and educational needs, documenting assessments and interventions, performing holistic patient assessments, teaching health information to patients and families, delegating care, and maintaining a safe environment.
nAdditional Information: Must float as a sitter and may float in rotation. Demonstrates proficiency in coordinating care, documenting accurately, and collaborating with healthcare team members.
