TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Everett, Washington, 98201!

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-risk perinatal nursing care in a Level III Labor and Delivery unit, including labor, antepartum, and postpartum settings
Deliver care in a unit with 19 labor and delivery beds, 10 antepartum beds, 30 postpartum beds, 3 ORs, 2 PACU, and a 7-bay triage area
Float to Postpartum as needed, supporting staffing ratios of 1:3 couplets with CNA assistance
Participate in triage staffing alongside skilled RN colleagues; call is not required for this position
Chart using EPIC; adhere to unit staffing goals including 1:1 in labor and 1:2–3 in antepartum
Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
Required Qualifications
Active RN license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
Required certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or Relias Fetal Monitoring
Sterile Vaginal Exam (SVE) competency is a hard requirement
Must commit to all requested time off being submitted upfront at time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in facilities managing 200 or more deliveries per month is strongly preferred; candidates with experience in facilities handling 100–200 deliveries will be considered
Familiarity with high-risk perinatal care environments and multidisciplinary team collaboration
Prior experience working alongside surgical techs, CRNAs, CNAs, and health unit coordinators in a fast-paced L&D setting
