Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN EFM
Years of Experience: 3+
Float Requirements: Labor and delivery and Post Partum
Unit Information
Number of Beds: 11 Labor Beds, 16 Post Partum Beds, 2 OR and 2 Recovery Bays
Patient Ratios: 1:1-1:3 in labor, 1:6-1:8 in post partum
Equipment: Fetal monitoring, Infant Warmers, FSE, IUPC
EMR: EPIC
Hiring Profile
Must Have Skills/Experience: Labor and delivery - management of labor, FSE, IUPC, epidural care
Preferred Skillset/Experience: Prefer 3+ years experience
Type of Patients on Unit: Laboring mothers, antepartum patients, post partum patients, gyne surgery patients
Personality Fit: team oriented, hardworking, able to manage emergency situations, willing to step in and help others on the unit
