Registered Nurse Job Requirements
n Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensen
Minimum 2 years of bedside clinical experiencen
BLS certification required prior to first shiftn
ACLS certification required prior to first shiftn
Strong assessment, documentation, and care coordination skillsn
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centered healthcare settingn
LTAC RN Responsibilities
n Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within established timeframesn
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of caren
Communicate patient status clearly and promptly with the interdisciplinary care teamn
Provide education and support to patients and families throughout the care processn
Participate in rehabilitation-focused care and discharge planning from admissionn
Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and on timen
Supervise and support ancillary nursing personnel as neededn
Promote a safe, organized, and positive clinical environmentn
Contribute to teamwork, quality outcomes, and patient safety initiativesn
