Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Acute Care for a travel nursing job in Montour Falls, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long Term Acute Care Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, evenings Employment Type: Travel Position- RN SNF Location- Montour Falls, NY Contract Duration- 13 weeks (Possibility of extension) Shift - Evenings 8 hrs (40 hrs/week) Gross Pay- 2,855/week Requirements- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as RN SNF NY State License BLS Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and document residents’ conditions and report changes to healthcare team Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Supervise and direct nursing assistants and support staff Educate residents and families on health conditions and care procedures Ensure compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided Med Ninjas Job ID 15505. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
