LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN in Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Bemidji, Minnesota.

Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using GSS housing (-$8.00 to regular and OT bill rates)
No Charge Differential at Good Samaritan Facilities
No on call or call back available or billable
Backouts & quits with less than 14-days notice incur a $500 fee

Ratios: 1:20 day/eves, 1:40 nights
EMR: Matrix
Weekend requirement: At least every other
Holidays: Half - Shifts (8s or 12s): Have both

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: General LTC population and some short term care
Charting System: EPIC
Years of Experience: 1 Year
Shift Notes: 7a-7p; every other weekend and holiday
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
