Registered Nurse (RN) – LTC (Long-Term Care)
A Long-Term Care Registered Nurse provides ongoing skilled nursing care to residents in nursing homes or assisted living facilities. This role involves monitoring chronic conditions, administering medications, and supporting daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and update care plans for residents with stable but long-term health needs.
Administer medications, treatments, and monitor for any changes in condition.
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to support holistic well-being.
Educate residents and families on best practices for chronic condition management.
Maintain accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
