Description
As a Nurse Lead, you will provide unit-based leadership and collaborate with the Nurse Manager, Director, and Physicians. Your role includes supervising nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and improving patient experience. This position allows you to work closely with a dedicated team in a thriving community known for its beautiful coastal lifestyle.

Requirements At least two years recent experience in field
Current BLS certification
Current nursing license per the state of assignment
