Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage value analysis initiatives within the Surgical Services department
Evaluate clinical products, supplies, and technologies to support cost-effective, evidence-based decision-making
Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to drive process improvements and standardization
Support departmental goals through data analysis, reporting, and program oversight
Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree required
Minimum 5 years of experience working in clinical settings
Background in Surgical Services or a related clinical discipline
Preferred Experience / SkillsPrior experience in value analysis, supply chain, or clinical resource management
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present findings to leadership
Experience in a program or project management capacity within a healthcare environment
