BLS
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and compassionate care to patients and family members on a Medical Surgical/Neuro unit.
Perform procedures such as starting IVs, basic wound care, and maintaining surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, and chest tubes.
Document patient care efficiently using Meditech.
Prioritize patient care needs, multitask effectively, and ensure safety on a Level II Trauma Center unit.
Collaborate with unit staff to support patient comfort and recovery.
