Required Qualifications
Valid drivers license or state ID
completion of UHS Skills Checklist
submission of UHS Prior Employment Form
at least 1 year of experience in medical surgical nursing or related field
appropriate license as required by state regulations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with electronic medical records and advanced patient care techniques
Float
Float rotation may be required.
