Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care to med-surg and telemetry patients
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
Manage chest tubes and tracheostomy care
Administer IV medications and drips, including insulin, heparin, and more
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care coordination
Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge plans
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum 2 years of Med/Tele RN experience
BLS Certification
Strong assessment and time management skills
Tele skills and experience managing specific drips
Preferred:
ACLS Certification
Certification in Med Surg
PEL/VIP Job ID # . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
