Type of staff: Day Shift – 4-6 RN depending on census. RN ratio 1:6 days and nights; Night Shift - 4-6 RN depending on census. RN ratio 1:6 days and nights
Patient Ratios -1:1 - 3:1 - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed
Type of equipment – remote teleEMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: Med/surg experience, Mom/baby experience with NRP preferred.
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
1 year of current Hospital acute care Med/Surg experience
