Responsibilities
Meet expectations of applicable clinical competencies, provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients. Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families, administer medications and treatments using appropriate protocols, monitor for side effects and effectiveness, document thorough patient histories and care, and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.
