Registered Nurse Requirements
n Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensen
Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experiencen
Experience in acute care, hospital nursing, or medical-surgical units preferredn
Ability to provide safe, efficient, and compassionate patient caren
Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skillsn
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced inpatient settingn
Willingness to complete required onboarding and competency itemsn
Med/Surg RN Responsibilities
n Deliver direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients across varying acuity levelsn
Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and communicate updates to the care teamn
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies and best practicesn
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare staff to support patient recoveryn
Maintain accurate charting and uphold patient safety, quality, and infection control standardsn
Support patient education and discharge planning as appropriaten
