11378 Day Shift - 36- hours per week
Located in a tight-knit community in Kings County Adventist Health Hanford has been serving the Central Valley since 1965.
We are comprised of a 173‑bed hospital and many outpatient clinics with primary and specialty care services.
Hanford residents are proud of their city’s historic charm and family‑friendly atmosphere.
Within an hour’s travel time Yosemite Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks can be enjoyed.
Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
Acute care facility experience: Preferred
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS‑BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required
Schedule Information
Day Shift - 36 hours per week
Unit Specific Information
This unit provides general acute care and monitoring for a mix of medical surgical and cardiac patients.
This unit may also provide telemetric monitoring of patients.
Additional Details
Current picture identification required.
AHA required for BLS and ACLS certifications.
Required for all candidates except non-clinical.
