Job Summary:
nMedical Surgical Nurse (MS) The organization is seeking a qualified Medical Surgical Nurse for a 13-week assignment at a healthcare facility. The position involves working on a Medical Surgical Floor, with rotating shifts, and requires flexibility to float to multiple facilities within the network.
nJob Details:
nnLocation: The position requires candidates to reside outside a 50-mile radius from the specified facility.
nSchedule: Rotating shift; 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
nRequired Qualifications: WI RN License, AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Candidates should have at least 2 years of Medical Surgical (MS) experience.
nPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
nFloat: Float rotation may be required; float to Aspirus Rhinelander, Howard Young, and Eagle River. Floating can and will be prescheduled if needed.
nAdditional Information:nnStart date: 10/05/2026.
nEnd date: 01/02/2027.
nTravelers may be placed on call during low census hours and will receive on-call pay.
nThe contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours.
nDuring flu season, vaccination compliance is mandatory; decline of flu and COVID vaccinations requires wearing a mask at all times, with no exceptions.
