General Information
Tell us about the unit(s):
Number of Beds – 18-20
Number of Staff – 35
Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 charge, 2-3 nurses, 1 LPN, 1-3 PCTs
Night Shift – 1 charge, 3 nurses, 1 LPN, 1-2 PCTs
Patient Ratios – 6:1 with LPN
Type of equipment – Hoyer, air taps, wound vacs, PCA
EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Minimum 1-year acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
