Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PMn
Shift Length: 8 hoursn
Hours Per Week: 40n
Shifts Per Week: 5n
On Call / Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend and one additional day per weekn
Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,120 - $2,230n
Mileage: Reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patientn
Education: Associate degree requiredn
Certification: Current CPR certification requiredn
Job Requirements
n Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensen
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience requiredn
Home health nursing experience preferredn
Current CPR certificationn
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skillsn
Ability to work independently and manage patient visits efficientlyn
Reliable transportation for travel between patient visitsn
Responsibilities
n Complete OASIS visits and provide skilled nursing care in the home settingn
Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plansn
Document patient progress accurately and in a timely mannern
Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomesn
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and symptom managementn
Maintain productivity expectations while delivering high-quality patient caren
Work scheduled weekends and additional on-call coverage as assignedn
