Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CSTn

On-Call: Required, alternating weeks (7 days on call / 7 days off call)n
Coverage Area: Marquette County and the western portion of Alger Countyn
Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, between patient visitsn
Registered Nurse Job Requirements
n Active Registered Nurse license in Michigan
Associate degree in Nursing or highern
Home health experience preferredn
Experience with HCHB preferredn
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skillsn
Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative care teamn
Registered Nurse Responsibilities
n Provide RN case management for home health patientsn
Supervise LPNs and support safe, effective patient caren
Complete patient assessments, care planning, and ongoing clinical documentationn
Coordinate visits and care needs across the assigned service arean
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team membersn
Support continuity of care by monitoring progress and updating care plans as neededn
Maintain compliance with clinical standards, schedules, and documentation requirementsn
