General Information
Tell us about the unit(s):
· Number of Beds – 39
· Number of Staff – 60
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 1 charge, 7 RN, 3 CNAs, 1 US
o Night Shift – 1 charge, 6 RN, 2 CNAs
· Patient Ratios – 1:5 Day Shift, 1:6 night Shift
· Type of equipment – Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis, Arjo lifts, Novastat, computers in every room
· EMR – Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· Exceptional communication
· Time management is a must
· Med safety (minimum of 98% of all medications safely scanned and administered)
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· Chemotherapy certification
· Flexible to work days or nights

· Two weekends a month, only on call if low volume.
