Number of Beds – 39
Number of Staff – 60
Type of staff: o Day Shift – 1 charge, 7 RN, 3 CNAs, 1 US
o Night Shift – 1 charge, 6 RN, 2 CNAs
Patient Ratios – 1:5 Day Shift, 1:6 night Shift
Type of equipment – Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis, Arjo lifts, Novastat, computers in every room
EMR – Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Exceptional communication
Time management is a must
Med safety (minimum of 98% of all medications safely scanned and administered)
Preferred or nice to have
Chemotherapy certification
Flexible to work days or nights

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
RN License & BLS

Surg/Ortho & Rehab
Dress Code
Scrub Color/Attire - Navy blue
Weekends and On call(if any)
Two weekends a month, only on call if low volume.
