The Registered Nurse (RN) provides and coordinates patient‑centered nursing care by assessing, planning, delegating, and evaluating outcomes for a group of patients. The role protects and promotes health by supporting prevention of illness and injury, alleviating suffering, and ensuring care is delivered in compliance with applicable professional standards and regulations. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Responsibilities
Work nights on 12‑hour shifts minimum 48 hours per week.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, communicate verbally and in writing.
Use critical thinking, problem‑solving skills, quality, reliability, safety, and risk management.
Coordinate care for 12 patients on the floor.
Qualifications
Current New York State Registered Nurse license.
Graduate of an accredited Nursing school.
BLS certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross).
6 months to 3 years of RN experience.
Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, CCRN, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certification.
Experience in acute care or ambulatory setting.
