Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in San Antonio, Texas.

Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nurse position is available in a metropolitan healthcare facility. This role involves providing care on a Medical/Surgical/Oncology unit with telemetry monitoring, supporting patient needs during night shifts. The position requires delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing teamwork and clinical expertise.
Job Details:
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and experience in Medical Surgical with Telemetry.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oncology, Med-Surgical procedures, and telemetry systems.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: The unit has 12 beds with 2-3 registered nurses and 1 patient care technician per shift. Typical procedures include Medical/Surgical and chemotherapy treatments. Candidates should align with the unit's dress code of Methodist Navy Blue scrubs and adhere to unit policies and guidelines. Weekends and on-call rotations are part of the schedule.

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
