Job Overview
Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel RN in Med Surg/Telemetry for an assignment in San Marcos, Texas.
Schedule
Start Date: 03/30/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Hours: 36 per week (12‑hour shifts, nights)
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients coping with medical/surgical conditions
Assess patient condition and monitor telemetry (blood pressure, heart rhythm, respiration, oxygen saturation)
Administer medications, change dressings, and document information in patient charts
Offer support and education to patients, promoting overall health and preventing complications
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience in Med Surg / Telemetry specialty
Active RN license required
