Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Lufkin, Texas.

Job Summary: Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS Tele) registered nurse position is available in a healthcare facility. This assignment involves providing patient care in a unit with a capacity of 45 beds, with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 6:1. The role offers a night shift schedule starting as soon as possible, with an expected duration through January 11, 2027.
Job Details: Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
Valid BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications
1+ year of experience in Medical Surgical with Telemetry
minimum of 0 years of experience
location requirement: candidate's permanent home address must be greater than 50 miles from the facility
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with MEDHOST electronic medical record system
wound care experience
scrubs in dark navy blue
Additional Information
Shift may include floating and block scheduling; must not be scheduled during blackout dates from 12/24 to 12/25; candidates should ensure SSN is on the tax tab and not on the email or sub packet; travelers submitted without necessary information will be rejected.
