Job Title: MS/Tele Registered Nurse

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00 (D/N)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: BLS; ACLS; 2 years current experience in Cardiac Tele/Telemetry; WV/Compact RN License (can submit with pending RN license)
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care for patients on a telemetry unit, including pulmonary, cardiac, and medical/surgical adult and geriatric patients.
Monitor patient vitals and responses using centralized telemetry monitoring.
Collaborate with healthcare team to implement patient care plans.
Document patient information accurately in the electronic charting system.
Float within scope as needed to cover other units or responsibilities.
