About The Position
We are seeking experienced Med Surg/Oncology RNs for a 324-bed Level II Trauma medical center on a 13-week travel contract. This role cares for patients with cancer diagnoses, medical step-down patients, and general medical overflow. Responsibilities include patient assessment, direct patient care (medication administration, treatments, transfers), collaborating on treatment plan updates, and processing physician orders accurately and timely. The facility uses Epic EMR.

Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM-7:30 AM)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks | Start Date: 10/12/2026
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Openings: 3 Positions
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of Med Surg experience
Oncology experience required
Must be comfortable taking Step Down patients
Prior travel work history highly preferred
Epic EMR experience highly preferred
Active Michigan RN license required (LARA/Nursys verification)
Required Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
