Job Title: MS/Tele Registered Nurse

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00 (Night)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: BLS; 2 years current experience in Telemetry; EPIC experience
Responsibilities:
Provide patient care on a 36-bed telemetry/surgical floor
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to patient needs during night shifts
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records
