nnn Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Med Surg/Tele) – (required)
n 1 Supervisory Reference Form completed within the last two years – (required)
n Nursys must state Active Iowa/IA or compact nursing license – (required)
n Active BLS (AHA Preferred; Will also accept ARC or US Military certificates) – (required)
n Active NIHSS certification – (required)
n Med Ninjas Job ID #15923. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
