Job description
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Kansas City, Missouri.
Job Description & Requirements
Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry

Duration: 13 weeks
36 hours per week
Shift: 12 hours, days, nights
Employment Type: Travel
Number of Beds : 23
Patient Ratios : 1:4, 1:5
Type of equipment : traction, fixators, cooling equipment
Documentation system: Meditech
Scheduling requirements: 3 12s, 3 weekend shifts per schedule period
Floating policy: Contract labor is first to float. Would float to the other Med Surg level of care units (General MS, Nephrology, Neuro/Trauma)
Patient Experience requirements: Bedside shift report, hourly rounding
Hospital Specifics-
Certifications: Level 1 Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center
Advanced skills needed: Ortho experience, Tele, NIH Procedures performed on unit: Post op knee, hip and shoulder replacements, Trauma patients, some Neuro overflow - NIH is helpful
