nJob Description:
As a Travel MS/Tele RN , you'll care for adult patients recovering from medical conditions and surgical procedures, while closely monitoring their cardiac status. This hybrid role is ideal for nurses who thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments and enjoy making a meaningful impact.
nKey Responsibilities:
nnDeliver direct nursing care to adult patients in a Med Surg/Telemetry setting
nMonitor cardiac rhythms and respond to telemetry alerts
nAdminister medications, perform assessments, and update care plans
nCollaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
nDocument patient status and care interventions accurately
n nRequirements:
nnActive RN license (Compact license preferred)
nBLS and ACLS certifications required
nMinimum 1 year of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience
nProficiency in telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
nStrong time management, adaptability, and critical thinking skills
