Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Concord, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/17/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nurse position located in the facility. This role involves providing specialized patient care within a Medical Surgical unit with telemetry monitoring, supporting patient recovery and safety. Job Details Position: Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nurse Location: The facility Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) license, BLS (ARC or AHA), 3 years of prior telemetry and Meditech experience, travel experience required Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week, every other weekend and holiday Additional Information: Must be able to work either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day based on the unit's needs and will not be eligible for request-off during these days. Travel experience and telemetry expertise required. Telemetry test given on the first day of orientation.
