First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Livingston, Texas. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel TRAVEL RN – MED/SURG ORTHO Location: Livingston, TX Unit: Tower 2 Med/Surg – Ortho Specialty: Med/Surg / Telemetry Start Date: 11/23/2026 Contract: 13 Weeks Shift: Days | 7:00 AM–7:00 PM | EOW Schedule: 36/48 hours rotating every 2 weeks REQUIREMENTS 2 years of experience BLS & ACLS required Epic charting BSN not required Must be able to read telemetry strips Must be willing to float to all Med/Tele units UNIT DETAILS 12-bed unit Ratio: 5–6 patients per RN PCT support available CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow patients Charge Nurse, House Supervisors, and Nurse Educators available No call/standby requirement Every other weekend required Holiday coverage required 2 orientation/shadow shifts Scrub Color: Navy Blue About First Connect Health At First Connect Health , we take pride in being a Joint Commission–certified healthcare staffing agency , headquartered in Newark, New Jersey.
