Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Concord, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemetry and medical-surgical nursing, with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. Schedule Days: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM 36 hours per week Every other weekend and every other holiday required Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans. Monitor telemetry patients, interpreting data, and responding to changes in patient conditions. Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care. Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans. Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic health record system. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience in an acute care facility. Active Massachusetts RN License required. Current BLS certification required. Experience with Meditech preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Travel Requirement Travel experience is required for this position. Wellspring Nurse Source Job ID .
