Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Winchester, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/04/2027 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Float Nurse Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Float Nurse to join our team for an 8-week assignment starting on January 4th. The position requires working 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, and the successful candidate will have the flexibility to work across multiple units as needed. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in various departments, adapting to different clinical settings as required. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient management and care delivery. Follow established protocols and standards to maintain patient safety and quality of care. Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record system. Qualifications Must possess relevant nursing qualifications and hold an active nursing license. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with prior travel nursing experience preferred. Experience with electronic health record systems, specifically Epic. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with patients and team members. Additional Information This position requires availability for the entire duration of the contract, with no more than three days of requested time off.
