Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 3x12s | Expected 36 hours/week | Every other weekend | Every other holiday
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
Deliver neurological assessments and nursing interventions for neuro patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
Required Qualifications
Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License
Current BLS certification
Minimum of 3 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry nursing experience
Strong proficiency in telemetry monitoring and neurological nursing care
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with MediTech electronic health record system
Familiarity with fast-paced acute care environments
