Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and standards of practice
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status and care provided
Adhere to all facility policies, including compliance with a drug-free campus policy
Required Qualifications
Active Illinois (IL) RN license , or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
Current RN certification and credentials in good standing
Must produce a negative drug screen for all panels prior to placement
Candidates with a permanent address within 50 miles of the facility may be subject to a local pay rate
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a Medical Surgical inpatient setting
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and workflows
