Job Summary:
nMedical Surgical Oncology Floor Nurse position in Ukiah. This outpatient role involves delivering coordinated nursing care, supervising healthcare staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient health and safety. The position emphasizes critical thinking, supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in providing quality patient care.
nJob Details:
nnSchedule: Rotating shift, 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
nRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; hospital or physician's office experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy required; ONC/ONCC-CHIM certification required; EPIC experience required

nAdditional Information: The position involves collecting patient data, developing and implementing care plans, assisting in procedures, discharge planning, and providing patient education in an outpatient setting.
