? EMR: Meditech
Provide outpatient oncology nursing care including infusion therapy, chemotherapy, and wound care while supporting a small patient population.
Requirements
3+ years Oncology RN experience
Current ONS Provider certification
Active Utah or Compact RN license
BLS & ACLS
Accredited nursing program
Wound Care certification preferred
