This Medical Surgical Oncology Floor position is located in an ambulatory care setting, providing chemotherapy treatment to adult patients. The role involves working in a treatment area for a 10-hour day shift. The position is ideal for experienced oncology nurses skilled in chemotherapy administration and outpatient care.
Job Details:
Position: Medical Surgical Oncology Floor Nurse
Specialty: Medical Surgical Oncology Floor
Shift: Days, 10 hours per day (7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, no holidays or weekends
Start Date: 10/05/2026
End Date: 01/02/2027
Minimum Hours Per Week: 40.0 hours
Travel Required: No
Float Required: No
Required Qualifications: Valid MA license at time of submission, chemotherapy certification at time of submission, ambulatory setting experience, chemotherapy administration experience, medical exemptions for flu shot only (September), minimum of 2 years of oncology experience, weekly orientation (every Monday barring holidays)
Additional Information: The nurse will be working in the treatment area providing chemotherapy to adult patients. Candidates must provide available interview dates and times at the time of submission. All time-off requests must be presented at the time of application. Travelers who have worked for the organization within the last year will not be considered unless separated for at least one year. Parking costs may be up to $43 daily.
