Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Rotating Shifts — 5 x 8-hour day shifts with variable start times, including on-call coverage for nights, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the operating room throughout the perioperative process
Perform scrub and/or circulating RN duties as assigned during surgical procedures
Participate in rotating on-call coverage including nights, weekends, and holidays
Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
Maintain accurate intraoperative documentation and adhere to sterile technique protocols
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Massachusetts
Prior operating room nursing experience required
Current BLS certification required
Flu vaccine required
Must have own reliable transportation
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in both scrub and circulating roles within a surgical setting
Familiarity with a broad range of surgical specialties
CNOR certification preferred
