Weekend Rotation: Every 4th weekend
Schedule Cycle: Every 6 weeks
Call & Holiday Requirements
Average of 6 call shifts per 6-week schedule
45-minute response time
Call shifts: 11p–7a or 7a–7p / 7p–7a on weekends
Department Overview
19 OR Suites (17 rooms blocked daily)
Average 50 cases per day
First-time travelers: Not accepted
Minimum Experience Required: 5 Years

✅ Requirements
Licensure: Active NC RN License
Certifications: BLS (Required)
CNOR (Preferred, not required)
Experience: Minimum 5 years OR experience
Must be able to circulate in all listed specialties
Night shift RNs must have Charge RN experience & scrubbing proficiency
Preferred Skills: Laparoscopic & open belly cases
Ortho trauma
Cysto
Vascular
Robotics experience (plus)
Candidate Qualities: Flexible

Strong team player
Able to adapt to emergent case needs
