nSchedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
nRequired Qualifications: Valid Idaho Registered Nurse (RN) license, 3+ years of operating room experience, trauma experience, BLS certification, open and outgoing personality, team player, excellent critical thinking skills
nPreferred Qualifications: CNOR certification, burn experience, robotic experience, neuro experience
nUnit Description: Operating Room with 13 beds and 25 RNs, providing services including trauma, burn, ENT, gastroenterology, general, gynecology, neuro, open heart, ophthalmology, orthopedics, plastics, psychiatry, robotics, trauma, and urology procedures
nAdditional Information: The unit operates with a flexible staffing model, including rotating weekend call every four weeks, with typical call shifts ranging from 2 to 12 hours. Call duties are evenly distributed among team members, with measures in place to limit weekly work and call hours.
nFloat: Float rotation may be required.
