Required Qualifications:
Valid licensure as a registered nurse, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and active state nursing license. Education requirements include a nursing degree from an accredited institution. Location requirement is to be within commuting distance of the facility. No minimum years of experience specified, but a minimum of 1 year is generally expected for such a role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in perioperative care or operating room settings is advantageous.
Additional Information: The position includes responsibilities such as preparing operating rooms, assisting during surgical procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. On-call rotation involves being available once a week and every fifth weekend, including one weeknight call per week. Candidates may have the option to work 4 ten-hour shifts or 5 eight-hour shifts depending on scheduling needs.
