Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Concord, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous travel experience and possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Shift Details Day Shift 36 hours per week Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 3 shifts of 12 hours each On-Call Requirement The Registered Nurse will participate in a rotating on-call schedule based on the unit's needs. The baseline commitment includes: Approximately one on-call day every other week as backup for the night shift Approximately one weekend on-call shift per month (24 hours) Additional on-call responsibilities may be assigned as necessary to meet the operational requirements of the unit. Qualifications Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Skills and Competencies The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, and excellent communication abilities. A focus on patient-centered care and a willingness to adapt to changing clinical environments are essential qualities for this role. Wellspring Nurse Source Job ID .
