Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Wenatchee, Washington.

n Qualifications
n Must possess a valid Washington State or Compact RN Licensure.
Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC are required.
Adhere to relevant nursing policies and unit standards.
Comply with the Washington Nurse Practice Act and maintain current knowledge of legal aspects of nursing practice.
n Required Skills
n Experience with Craniotomy and Retina procedures.
Availability to take call as needed.
May be required to float as a sitter and in rotation.
n Job Functions
n Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care with compassion, utilizing the nursing process and unit standards.
Develop, implement, and assess individualized patient care plans continuously.
Administer medications and perform nursing procedures/treatments as needed.
Evaluate discharge plans for suitability, educational needs, and necessary adjustments.
Document care provided, including assessments, plans, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
Collect necessary patient information to ensure safe, high-quality care.
Conduct comprehensive ongoing assessments of patient status and respond appropriately.
Take appropriate nursing actions to achieve care goals addressing physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs.
Provide timely health information to patients, families, and significant others, along with written educational materials.
Maintain current knowledge of workflows, processes, and evidence-based practices.
Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise care provided by non-licensed assistive personnel.
Participate in performance evaluation and improvement processes with the Director/Clinical Manager.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team.
Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff in accordance with hospital and unit policies.
