Registered Nurse (RN) | Orthopedics Location: Herrin, IL Agency: Prime Staffing Pay: $2,057 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 10/19/2026 Travel Nurse Source is working with Prime Staffing to find a qualified Orthopedics RN in Herrin, Illinois, 62948!About the Position Specialty: Registered Nurse - OrthopedicsExperience: Minimum 2 years of recent orthopedic or surgical nursing experience requiredLicense: Active State or Compact RN LicenseCertifications: BLS (with expiration date)Must-Have: All time-off requests must be submitted with the initial application Description: We are seeking a skilled Ortho RN to care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative orthopedic surgeries, and trauma-related injuries. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, mobility support, and collaboration with the orthopedic care team. This is a 12-hour shift position (days/nights), with possible floating within unit acuity. Compliance onboarding typically takes 4-6 weeks . Voice advantage and nurse manager interviews are required. Scheduled shifts must be made up if called out.
