Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN Orthopedics for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York.

Job Summary (List Format):
- Schedule: Day/Evening/Night (D/E/N) rotating shift schedules, including floating to other units, weekends, holidays, on-call, callback, and charge duties as needed per unit requirements.
- Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week.
- Unit Specialty: Orthopedic trauma, spinal surgery, and other elective orthopedic surgical diagnoses.
- Work Environment: Part of a department recognized for research and innovation, offering opportunities for education and professional growth.
- Team: Enthusiastic, supportive, and fun team environment.
- Key Skills: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; strong teamwork ability.
- Preferred Experience: Experience in a Level 1 trauma facility is preferred.
- Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of orthopedic nursing experience.
- Licensure: Active New York (NY) RN license required.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association only) required.
- Telemetry: Telemetry experience required.
- Other Requirements: Must be able to adapt to rotating shifts and flexible scheduling; willingness to float, work weekends, holidays, and be on-call as needed.
- Preferred Systems Experience: Recent EPIC experience preferred.
Med Ninjas Job ID . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
